How to make money in affiliate programs?

Yesterday I ran towards www.ProgramBardziejPartnerski.pl - a kind of training for owners Partner Program. Training course prepared for active partner. I'm not sure if it would lead a man of experience in leading PP - it would look the same, but it seems to me that I am "the voice of the people" - the average partner with extraordinary results.
