Affiliate programs and word of mouth
Some time ago, a conference on marketing whispered organized by MediaFun . One of the most interesting presentations that appeared on it was a lecture by Peter "VaGla" Waglowskiego concerning legal issues of this type of promotion.
Since you are (at least a "potential" ;) partner in the partnership programs , you probably are using word of mouth in their promotional activities. I will say more - the essence of programs parterskich consists precisely in marketing whispered. (For owners of PP ideal partner is one that is thematically related service and good comments on the product.) So if you want to act ethically and in accordance with the law - see the following presentation and pull requests ;)
The most important conclusion that arises here is that each ad (and surreptitious - such as "link from refem") should be marked appropriately. On the other hand, we have something like a "gardener's dog syndrome," which reduces the partner's earnings because they denoted "link from refem" as an advertisement.
In my opinion this problem can be solved in two ways:
First Designation of a special class of advertising links CSS (eg <a href="…' class="reklama">) and placed in the footer of each sub-pages, so that the link is marked advertisement (of course, a link must be in some way stand out - such as a different color underscore, background, etc.)
Second Putting on the "conditions", "rules" or other similar site (for which no one will look in ;) information, all links and commands are a paid advertisement, unless stated otherwise (after all, if you recommend something "for Friko "it is worth noting ;)
What are your methods for the determination of "ad" on ministronach and blogs?
Luke Jarzembowski, author of the blog - since 2006 under the illusion that it will be rich ... ;-) But still working hard on this. Programs , blogging , and positions , creating and promoting their e-businesses .

precisely something like this:
Links used on this site may be advertising, may contain directed and may contain the ID used in partnership programs. They can also be used for positioning.
