How to make money in affiliate programs?

Yesterday I ran towards www.ProgramBardziejPartnerski.pl - a kind of training for owners Partner Program. Of course, the training prepared from the perspective of an active partner. I'm not sure if it would lead a man of experience in leading PP - it would look the same, but it seems to me that I am "the voice of the people" - the average partner with above average results.
